15cm: codes 1132.01 (10Fr), 1132.81 (10Fr), 1132.11 (12Fr) and 1132.91 (12Fr)20cm: codes 1132.02 (10Fr), 1132.82 (10Fr), 1132.12 (12Fr) and 1132.92 (12Fr)
Kit Components
dualysecath tray includes:- 1 double-lumen catheter (centimeter graduations from 9cm from the distal tip)
- 1 puncture needle
- 1 graduated "J" guidewire and guidewire advancer
- 2 caps
- 1 dilator (for codes 1132.01/.02/.81/.82) or 2 dilators (for codes 1132.11/.12/.91/.92)
- 1 scalpel
- 1 orientation clip (only for codes 1132.81/.82/.91/.92)
