Indikation
vygoplex Echo needles are indicated for plexus and peripheral nerve blocks under ultrasound.
Beskrivning
Needle for plexus and peripheral nerve blocks allowing to localize the plexus or the nerve under ECHOGRAPHY.The needle is made echogenic up to the tip of 2cm to the bevel by a sandblasting treatment and has a PTFE coating along its entire length.
The vygoplex ECHO range of needles are available with a 20° or 30° bevel:
- vygoplex ECHO LUER, 20° bevel: codes AEYNV2xxxx
- vygoplex ECHO LUER, 30° bevel: codes AEQNV2xxxx
vygoplex ECHO is available in 5 lengths (40, 50, 80, 100, 120 mm) and 5 gauges (20, 21, 22, 24, 25G). The millimeter mark on the first two centimeters and the centimeter mark on the rest of the needle length allow to check the inserted length at any time. A double mark indicates a 5 cm depth.
The needle also includes a 51 cm transparent removable extension to allow the injection of the anesthetic.It has an ergonomic hub for a good grip. Its transparency allows a quick detection of any blood reflux during the aspiration test.
